Spirulina 

Spirulina is a product of algae with 60% plant protein, linoleic acid (GLS) and beta-carotene (in a concentration that is 10 times higher than in carrots). Spirulina is an excellent plant source of iron and protein; it contains a lot of chlorophyll, which stimulates the growth of new cells and tissues. Spirulina contains a large variety of vitamins. Spirulina may provide multiple exercise benefits, including enhanced endurance and increased muscle strength.

Chlorella

Chlorella is a species of algae that has the biggest content of chlorophyll, which is known as a cleansing and detoxifying substance. Chlorella contains high quantities of iron, magnesium, zinc, phosphorous and calcium, vitamins E, B1, B2, B3, B12 and omega-3 fatty acid. Chlorella is considered an antioxidant that supports the body’s natural ability to combat pollution and draw out heavy metals and toxins.
